I paid $170 plus, to have my modem re configured so that my Ford pass app would work, because that is what I was told by a Ford online support tech. So I took my truck to my Ken Garff dealer thinking that if anyone could help, they would, especially for $170. And they still couldn’t fix it. I’m out $170 with the same issue that I started with.
