My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Ford F350. Gary and Eric asked me what I was looking for in a truck and told me about a special-order truck on the lot that had not been picked up. They took us to a restaurant to eat then we came back and closed on the new truck in less than an hour, and our truck was ready a few hours later as agreed. Very seamless process from Sales to Service and Finance, awesome support from everyone involved. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. The service department takes forever and no one seems to know what they are doing. Then once you have waited a month for the parts to come in and you have spent 30 days hounding them they don't even call yo know what they are doing. Then once you have waited a month for the parts to come in and you have spent 30 days hounding them they don't even call you to let you know the parts are in. Finally bring the truck in for repair and they don't fix it right, leave stains all over the vehicle and obviously didn't test what they fixed because it was still broken once they gave the truck back. Take it back to have them make it right and you wait hours in the waiting room with no answers. This is by far the worst run service department I have ever visited. More
