2 hours is too long to wait for an oil change and simple state inspection. The car wash is a positive upgrade. There was confusion over a no need tire rotation. Had to take car back multiple times for issues. Air conditioning did not work in brand new loaner Mazda. Did not wash car, they said wash bay has been broken for days.
