They take ownership of what they do. I was told to come back in the morning however when I arrived I was told I couldn’t be seen. I was very disappointed with my first service, my car was filthy, questions were unanswered and I felt the guy just blew me off. I was charged $225 labor for tightening a ground wire. Top management was made aware- and surprisingly agreed with the mechanic's bill.
