Bold Face Liars! I went to this dealership with my family. We were already pre-approved through our own bank at a certain amount that was within our own personal budge I went to this dealership with my family. We asked the salesman (who was really a nice guy, and had no part in the horrible experience we encountered). We told him how much money we were going to spend and no more. He went to someone and let them know if they had any used cars for that price. They told him to bring out a 2010 kia soul. We checked it out and agreed that it was a good deal lets go forward. Meanwhile the finance guys come out and say can we run you credit we can get you a better interest rate than your bank, so we said sure but told them make sure its only within our budget. We sat there and asked 6 times how much the car was and the finance team would not give us an answer. We sat their for 2 and 1/2 hours for them to bring us an offer of 4000 dollars over the amount we wanted to spend. The car wasn't even kbb valued that much. So they ran our credit with hard inquiries effecting that, bold face lied about the price of the vehicle, when we said that is not what we specified in the beginning the finance guy looked at us and said he was doing us a favor! HELLO WE ALREADY HAD FINANCING THRU OUR OWN BANK!!! Not to mention my poor baby and toddler had to sit around for hours waiting. This CAR lot SUCKS!!! I will never in my life ever trust, own, or go near any KIA dealer for the rest of my life. That poor salesman looked upset to that they did that to us. More

Buying a new KIA I arrived at Kia Autosport of Pensacola expecting to go through a lengthy process of buying a new car. Drake was very helpful expedited the process by getting who ever was needed to speed up the sale. I have not used the service dept yet but I plan to bring my Kia back for all the service. I am sure the service dept is as well managed as the sales dept. More

Excellent Service I have not seen a cars saleman as good as Tom Caplinger ever! He went over every detail of the car to the extreme!! I think almost everyone knows me by name or it appears that way. My salesperson David Clarida (over two years ago) saw me come in, immediately came to me, called me by name, and said how pleased he was to see me again. I am convinced he did not know I was coming but he knew me by name anyway. I had to look up his last name just now - but I am a lot older than he! I told my wife when I got home that I had never known a car dealership to be so well managed and well run. Thank you Kia! And special thanks KIA Autosport in Pensacola. They are the greatest! Let me also add that I bought the car after getting quotes for the exact same car from two other Kia dealers (in Alabama) and I saved over $ 3,000 in Pensacola! David was my salesperson. I purchased a Kia Soul Having previously owned a Kia Rio which I purchased in 2007, I wanted another Kia because of my good experience with the car. I purchased a Kia Soul this time. I was very pleased with the salesperson, Travis Diamond, who answered my questions and gave me the opportunity to tell him what I wanted. He listened carefully and even brought in the sales manager, Chis to help with my questions. I spent three days making the deal and never felt pressured or coerced in any way to purchase a vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen. I also want to thank Bob Zimmerman for his assistance in financing the car and explaining the options we had for a warranty package which we bought.
