I would not buy another car from this dealership I purchased a new 2024 Kia sportage x-line I had it 3 days went to start it every safety warning light came on would not come out of park the car was r purchased a new 2024 Kia sportage x-line I had it 3 days went to start it every safety warning light came on would not come out of park the car was running and the tachometer wasn’t working finally I was able to get it out of park and took it to the service department I really don’t think they knew what was wrong they unplugged and reconnected all connections they test drove it twice they said it was fixed I got in it and started it up and everything came back on the had to give me a loner car to drive they now say the motherboard has to be replaced and its going to take a week my concern is what is going to go wrong after replacing the motherboard which controls the car I went back to the sales department and told them I want a new car Well I’m sure you can guess what they said they said I would have to pay $4000 to get a new car they couldn’t just swap cars since they sent the paperwork to the dmv they couldn’t sell it as a new car I’m done with this dealership and this is the 3rd. Car I have purchased from them in 4 years and I get treated like this I’m going to do all I can to ruin this dealership More
The service was great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. The waiting area needs an overhaul. Actually, the whole dealership seems a bit old and tired looking. The service employees are friendly and courteous. I had to wait a month for a loaner car until I could bring in my 65k Kia EV6 then the issue wasn't diagnosed by service but by me on a Kia EV6 chatroom. I hope this lack of knowledge about this electric car will not be an issue in the future if anything else develops. Not feeling real confident!! If you continue to sell higher cost vehicles, I hope that you treat us buyers in a more professional manner from start to finish!! More

This is the only KIA dealership I trust. Service staff are honest, knowledgeable, and stay on schedule. They take time to answer my questions and investigate my concerns. They treat me with respect, despite that I'm a woman in their male-dominated industry. And I love that they offer a free car wash after service! While traveling I've been to other places where I've been blatantly lied to and had horrible service (worst was KIA in Newport News, Virginia). So KIA of Charleston, SC is the only one I will go to now! I'm grateful to have them nearby! More
