This service department provides absolutley the worst customer service I have ever seen. Hostile, rude and disrespectful. My wife went in to have a piece of trim on her new Sportage replaced today. This customer service I have ever seen. Hostile, rude and disrespectful. My wife went in to have a piece of trim on her new Sportage replaced today. This piece of trim has fallen off 3 times in a year. The Service Manager stated he could not perform the work under warrenty since she did not have the trim that fell off. Not sure how we were supposed to keep the trim that fell off going down the highway but that isn't really the issue. THe issue is this manager was extremly unprofessional and rude to my wife who was just trying to get her car repaired. He raised his voice and talked over her continusly to the point she walked out in tears. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. KIA country should be ashamed to treat a customer this way. More

Hi, I arrived to US On 14th January, first time station in US. Moved from Germany Ramstein, the biggest US base overseas. I am government employed, and didn't get a sponsor. Went to the Nissan to buy a car, the costumer service was good, until I called them that I will come to the store with missing documents. Guess what, the car I supposed to drive out in this afternoon, was broken... No call, to letting me know. I was frustrated. I THE SAME TIME MY HUSBAND send me a link to Kia😁, follow day I drove out with my beautiful 2024 red Forte Kia from the store.
