However, with no appointment and us scheduling 3-4 weeks out, we had your engine replaced in two weeks, well before you could have gotten an appointment. We're working on expansion since our demand is extremely high.

To say that I had a very poor service experience is an understatement and no I do not agree everything was done to fix my car and all I wanted to make me happy was my car FIXED. I went to the dealership on Wednesday and was told 3 codes showed up and one needed to be fixed which was the coils I said replace all 4. I waited 4 fours for it to be fixed and almost 800 I did not get home before my Kia was doing the same thing I took it to the dealership to be fixed. I called they said to bring it back the next day which was Thursday. I went back Thursday and they said there a different code that needs to be fixed. One that “suppose” to not show up the previous day. After waiting about 3 hours I was walked to my vehicle by Eric Hamburg’s and asked him did I even need to replace my coils on Wednesday he said that he could not say for sure. Now Friday my husband drove the vehicle to work and when he was leaving after working the car would not start. Now I had to go to where his job was and get him. I called the Kia dealership then was told to call the tow company they said to use to have my Kia towed to the dealership. I asked for a vehicle to drive until they could fix mine but was rudely told by Eric bamburgh he had a lot of people needed a vehicle and nothing he could do for me. I told him that I would be calling someone about this and he said go ahead call whoever I wanted to he did not care. To talk to a customer like he did me was very unprofessional. Then I had to go back Saturday to get my Kia and pray that it was fixed and not another problem popped up on it. I live a hour away from the Kia dealership so after Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday of driving back and forth I was extremely upset and out of 800 I’m still not certain I needed to spend. They did not care about how far I had to drive or the time I spent getting there. Or the time I had to wait thinking my car was being fixed. I trusted them to tell me what was wrong with my vehicle and all the times I went there for oil changes and them telling me I needed certain things that now I don’t trust that they told me the truth. My Kia is only three years old and since the Kia supposed to be such a great vehicle and warranty on it I’m yet to agree. Bottom line is I believe I spent 800 I did not need to and thought the Kia dealership on Savannah highway could be trust.
