My husband and I woke up one morning and decided we'd go car browsing. We didn't expect to buy anything. We pulled up to the KIA of Anderson store. Immediately, a man walked out. He was friendly, energetic, and extremely helpful. Going by what we were looking for, he knew exactly what we needed. Because of our less than perfect credit, we were not expecting to be approved for a new vehicle. He and the business manager worked very hard to get us approved. We were placed in a 2011 Kia Sorento, which we absolutely LOVE!!! For the first time, I don't worry about getting into an accident and my children getting hurt. This is probably the safest, strongest built car I have ever driven. The loan approval and the signing of papers did not take very long at all. It seems we were in and out in no time. Kelso, our salesman, even threw in a new set of wheels, which they placed on the car themselves, and provided us with a full tank of gas. He even bought my kids candy while at the store filling up the gas tank. I would definitely recommend this store and the salesperson. I've never had an experience like this buying a car. Normally, it's very stressful and the salesmen are just plain irritating...but not in this case. Best experience ever! More
