I knew it would be hard to find since I'd checked the dealer inventory on Kia.com and there was only one car left in Michigan that met my needs. Within hours, Neil had the car I wanted at the dealership and texted me with a photo. My husband and I went to the dealership the next day and Neil took care of everything for us. From our trade in, to financing, Neil handled all the details and we were able to leave with the car that day. The whole process was handled efficiently and with NO PRESSURE AT ALL. We will absolutely be buying our next cat from Neil Miller and Kia of Lansing. Also, I bought a Kia Niro hybrid and it is a fabulous car. It's comfortable and roomy but not so big that it's hard to park. It feels really solid on the road and the mileage can't be beat. Highly recommend! More

Other than having to wait over two hours for an oil change the service was good. They didn’t charge me for the services provided.
