I brought my K5 in for its first service. The entire system was well designed and the people were great. I especially liked the young man who washed my car. Max and Miguel were great! But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. He transferred the call to the Alan, not quite sure who Alan is, but did not like him at But before purchasing the car, I called and spoke with Max. That was the reason that I did not want to come back to your establishment to purchase the car because I liked Max so much we decided to buy our car at your dealership.
