The overall experience was exceptional Plenty of service writers to help customers eliminating wait times. The building is new and remarkably clean and fresh. Windows are available in the large and well furnished waiting room so you can actually see your vehicle being serviced.. My service advisor Zac was able to have a spare key made for my car while I waited at a very reasonable price and the Service Manager Cody greeted me personally. I was in and out in a short period of time and pleasantly surprised they had washed the car also at no charge. I give this Kia dealership 5 Stars as it’s the best experience I have had from a car dealer More
