My wife and I had an amazing experience at King Windward Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I fee Nissan. Before I get started, I just want to mention that we went in there with about a 90% certainty that we were going to purchase a vehicle. I feel that some people forget to take that into account when shopping for a new vehicle. We were approached shortly after arriving by Joe Della Penna. He took us around the lot and showed us a couple of vehicles that might fit our interests and happily asked if we wanted to go for a test drive. There was no implication of any type of pressure to purchase and no desperation. We ended up talking numbers and getting the car. Although it wasn't a Nissan, he showed us just about everything he knew about the car and left us feeling comfortable with what we bought. The staff at KWN were patient, professional and knowledgeable. If a chance arises again, we will definitely return and consider another purchase from this team. Thank you for the great experience!
