Air conditioner Freon which was added and air conditioner was working. Was told if air conditioner failed to come in and dealership would check for leaks. Why wasn't the system checked four leaks at the time was working. Was told if air conditioner failed to come in and dealership would check for leaks. I recently leased a new QX60 through Roman and Kings Infiniti and I can't speak more highly of Roman as a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and HONEST sales person. From the beginning of my car buying exp Infiniti and I can't speak more highly of Roman as a knowledgeable, thoughtful, and HONEST sales person. From the beginning of my car buying experience, Roman was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was buying and the car shopping experience. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need and got the right car for me from the beginning. As we progressed through the process, he was extremely honest about what he could deliver and how to set my expectations - something I did not experience from other dealers. There were no surprises, no bait and switch, etc - just a smooth and pleasant car shopping experience with the best pricing as well. I will 100% use Roman again when I am buying my next car and would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. This was - without a doubt - the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had. More
