I completed a recent purchase at this dealership. Daniyal the salesperson was amazing. He was professional respectful and was keen to learn what I wanted rather than pushing his product. He was patient and answered all my questions. He also showed interest to know me as a customer and build a relation even before he knew I would be buying a vehicle. All in all he delivered on his promise and commitment. One particular thing I liked was that he was honest and if something was not possible he was upfront. Same feedback is True for NiNa the finance manger as well. Keep doing the good work guys. The interaction with daniyals manager was less pleasant as compared to daniyal. Post negotiating a deal I felt him giving me a cold shoulder for some reason whereas daniyal was friendly and warm even when he had the deal. Maybe the deal i got was good for me but not for him. If and when I return to the dealership it will be for daniyal and not for his manager. More

Worst experience in buying a car yet I bought a used car a month ago the delivery date kept being pushed until I got the car almost 3 weeks after delivery date and the salesman Ivan wu says to me the volume a month ago the delivery date kept being pushed until I got the car almost 3 weeks after delivery date and the salesman Ivan wu says to me the volume on the radio doesn't work so you can't hear anything from the radio also came to find put there was no alignment done on the car and engine mount were bad they replaced 2 and left the other 2 bad ones 1 month later they're saying to me that I should drive my car with no radio indefinitely I'm disgusted by how this was handled I would not recommend anyone go there very very poor customer service More
