Unfortunately, my vehicle was brought to this dealership when the engine shut off in the middle of the road. The car is a 2015 Kia Optima EX GDI, and this vehicle has had a issues with a specific engine par when the engine shut off in the middle of the road. The dealership stated the issue was electrical, made some recommendations and cost me $1,600. The engine shut off again two days after it had been serviced. I had the tow company take it back to them. At this point I mention to the mechanic that I need to repair this car in the most cost effective manner and he does not mention to me (and maybe I should have known) that the engine was still under warranty with Kia. I should also mention that they consulted with a local Kia dealership as well. At this point they're telling me I need to replace the engine, costing me an additional $6,400, because by the time I realized it was under warranty and notified the mechanic, they could not get ahold of the technician working on the vehicle. This nullified my warranty. Once they serviced the vehicle, we drove it two lights away from the dealership before the check engine light turned on. We brought it back and they reassured us that it was a faulty sensor and quick fix. We trusted them unfortunately, and one morning at 4:30am the vehicle shut off when I was taking my wife to the emergency room. I had it towed back as the new engine is under their warranty, and when I paid for the engine they were able to find it within 48 hours. Now my car has been in their shop for 3 weeks, and they only now gave me a loaner after I requested some type of accomodation, and the vehicle has 140,000 miles on it, a major crack in the windshield, wobbles when on the highway, chipped door frames, and missing leather of driver seat. I have a hard time getting any information back from them, and even when we scheduled a call (between me and Ali Hashimi) he had to take another call and did not get back to me for 2 hours after saying he would call in 10-15min. This is a testament to their treatment of my situation. It feels like they've placed me on a backburner and add insult to injury. More
Stopped by an hour before closing and the sales office was empty. The phone rang and a sales person came on I said we were in the front and was promptly hung up on. The sales person came out and with extreme attitude states loudly "normally people say something when they come in". I stated that is not a very good attitude to have with a customer and told wife I won't deal with a dealer that is like this. As we were returning to our car through the window I could see why the attitude he had returned to watching a TV in the office adjacent the sales floor. Do not buy cars from this dealership. They scammed me by selling a car with frame damage that they never mentioned at the point of sale and on top of that, charged me over the market pric They scammed me by selling a car with frame damage that they never mentioned at the point of sale and on top of that, charged me over the market price of the car which is just petty. When I asked if I can trade my car back in due this issue, they offered me $10,000 less for what I bought the car for 4 months ago and I only drove it 2000 miles.They are thieves and I'm seeking legal prosecution. Now I'm stuck with car that has an engine light on constantly and I can't sell it anywhere near the price I bought it for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
