"Got a solid used car from them at a great price"

I bought a used car from Pascal. He was great and I love my new to me car. I originally went in on a different car but it didn't have heated seats and a few other features that were a must have. Pascal said he would keep me updated if they got anything else in that might work. I didn't hold my breathe as I heard that from several dealers and never heard back from them. But Pascal called me less than a week later and let me know the perfect car for me was just being traded in. I got to see it before it had even made it on the lot, and he was right, it was perfect. Most liked was they make me didn't spend hours of countless negotiation to get the price I was happy with. Oh and their finance guy, Diego was able to get me a better rate than my bank BECU. I don't know if I'll ever buy a new Buick or GMC but if I do I'll definitely be getting it from here and from Pascal.

"They stole $750 of my GM Rebate"

This is my second new car buying experience with Kirkkand. My first was excellent. We bought a new 2015 Buick Regal from Julie Broadwell. When we needed to replace that car because that car was totaled in a crash, we went back. Big mistake. The sales rep, Jay, didn't do a single thing he promised. I asked for critical info 5X (2 by phone and 3X by txt) and I never got any of it. Big FAIL!! But even more outrageous, they only applied $579.36 of rebate, instead of the $1,329.36 that Mike @GMREBATES told me about (because of a special GM Rebate deal then in effect. My statement from GM even shows a rebate of $1329.36). Then, Hans "neglected" to send me the final contract as Jay PROMISED REPEATEDLY so I could confirm the deal BEFORE my wife signed it. $750 rebate was never credited. When I finally saw the contract ONLY AFTER SHE SIGNED IT and brought it home, I knew EXACTLY why they never sent it to me BEFOREHAND AS PROMISED Check your wallet, keys, watch, jewelry after you deal with these guys. It's like they thought if they hid it, I would never figure it out.

"Awful people"

Awful people here!!! 0/5 would be more accurate. My wife was recently visiting relatives in the Seattle area and our 2011 Chevy traverse had a radiator problem that needed to be serviced at this location. The service people needed to keep the car over night. That evening someone broke into our vehicle while it was at this dealership, breaking out the back passenger window and stealing a bag. The service manager accused US of the vandalism and would not help with any of the repairs!! awful awful awful people...

These guys were so great! I came in looking to test drive a GMC Terrain and I had such a blast with Eric (The Internet Sales Manager). He had a great personality and was not pushy in the least! Jeff and Eric were going back and forth trying to find me the EXACT one I wanted. It had to be red. It had to have leather. It had to have remote-start, etc. They were more than happy to make ME happy. Their service went above and beyond. Not only were the fresh doughnuts and cookies a bonus, but so was their service. Jeff and Eric were a joy to work with. They added so many little upgrades to my car as surprises to me and my fiancee. Buying a car can be a stressful/pressure-filled time. But they created an environment where I felt like I was dealing more with friends than salesmen. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I just had a horrible experience at this dealership. I negotiated a deal with salesman Bob and we agreed on a price for a 2003 Jetta TDI wagon. As I was making arrangements for a pre-purchase inspection by my mechanic, which the dealership agreed to, they sold the car out from under me to someone else who offered more money for the car with no contingency clause. Even though we had not inked the deal, my offer had been run through the manager and had been verbally accepted! I had an appointment later to sign the papers. I am absolutely livid -- this was unprofessional and unethical. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!?
