I purchased a used truck from Kisselback Ford and negotiated for a tow hitch to be added to the final agreement. The hitch was installed with a wire assembly attached. Everything looked great until I went to use the hitch. It turned out the wiring was incorrectly installed causing the running lights to come on when the brakes were applied but no brake lights came on. It also blew the brake light fuse in the truck causing the automatic transmission to lock in ‘park’. Obviously a problem. Any customer would assume that the hitch and wiring would be done correctly. Everyone perhaps except Kisselback Ford. Though it was past the ‘warranty’ period for used vehicles, there is an expectation by the customer that the work was done correctly in the first place, which it was not. They even admit it was not done correctly. But Kisselback has refused to correct the problem and now a former customer is warning others to avoid Kisselback Ford as you might receive the same level of service. #1 tip of the day? Kisselback Ford cannot be trusted. More

A couple weeks ago I had an issue with my front right tire, my low pressure light was on and it looked like it had a few irregular spots causing my tire pressure to be low. I stopped by kisselback to see what could be done. Daniel Mascarel was the sales individual that sold my car to mw. I asked to speak with him; he actually had left for the night. I texted him to let him know what was going on with my tire, he took time from his night, and came back into work to make sure my car was taken care of. Dan spoke with the service department they went above and behind to make sure I was driving away safely and satisfied, I picked up my car to see four new tires were put on with no charge kissleback took care of the fees. Dan even added my washer fluid in my car for me! I am very pleased with the service at kisselback I know I am in good hands and I can count on kisselback!! More

I was very pleased with my initial purchase from Kisselback, through Daniel Mascarel, in 2012 when I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. It was my first new car purchase through a dealership. I had been t Kisselback, through Daniel Mascarel, in 2012 when I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion. It was my first new car purchase through a dealership. I had been to several other dealerships over the span of 3 years and was disgusted by the pushy, harassing sales associates. Daniel did not do this. He worked hard on getting me into a new car and finding me exactly what I wanted. He sought out other resources to find me the exact car. After my first car buying experience, I would not have chosen another dealership to work with. I returned to Kisselback Ford on Thursday, February 27, 2014 after looking into ways of lowering my interest rate (by refinancing my current car - 2012 Ford Fusion), when Daniel Mascarel advised me that I should consider leasing a new car. Within an hour, Daniel had located the exact car I wanted and was already on his way to Miami to pick it up. Ultimately, by finding me this new 2014 Ford Fusion, Daniel lowered my payment by $50/month and my insurance premium as well, and I had a brand new car with optimal features!
