A service engine light had come on..service had to order a part and were to call me...still waiting on a call and it's been a week today...also didn't rotate tires..service guy recommended replacing lugs on all tires before he would rotate...i've purchased new ones...but still have yet to hear from Klaben Service...was charged for the complete oil change and rotation. UPDATE*****My forever service guy Joe Hilliard contacted me to apologize for my experience. He has and will always be the best. Jeep goes in for service Thursday..lending me a loaner Jeep vehicle (they need to add wranglers to the fleet:) and hopefully all will be okay. Thank you Joe for going the extra mile. More

Great experience. Best dealership around this area. When we walked onto the dealership lot we met Antonio Taylor, who was eager to help. He was knowledgeable about the product line. After deciding just what we wanted (Jeep Renegade), Antonio was very efficient in working on the paperwork. He offered suggestions and options re our lease. The entire process there was seamless. Then we met with Brian Franklin in the Finance Department. Great personality, and, like Antonio, very competent and efficient, He answered any questions that we had and gave good advice. That process was seamless as well. The dealership washed the car, filled it up with gas, and had it ready to drive off the lot in no time at all. Antonio then went over all the options and "gadgets" on the car. He was very patient with both my husband and me. He carefully went over everything we needed to know. He took his time with us. Overall, the dealership is great. The personnel is great. We got a great deal!! More

We saw the car on Klaben's website and my husband called and talked with Caleb. We made arrangements to view the car and were very pleased with what we saw. I went home that night and started the application for credit approval. I was contacted the next day to finalize the application. Later in the day I was called and they said the car would be ready (full tank of gas and cleaned up) that afternoon at 5PM. We met with Caleb, took the car for a test drive, signed the papers and drive home with a new car. The whole experience was very pleasant. The car was advertised correctly and presented in a truthful manner. All the staff (especially our sales rep. Caleb) were very courteous and professional. I appreciated the fact that they probably had to work hard to get me approved for the loan due to a low credit score but no negative comments were made to that regard. I felt very uneasy going in to the purchase because I expected it to be a difficult and trying time. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking to purchase a new/used car. In the future if I find myself in need of another car I would certainly return to Klaben's. What A Mess I Had my Jeep Wrangler towed in because of a shifter cable failure. The part had to be overnighted, at my cost. I was to pick up the vehicle four days I Had my Jeep Wrangler towed in because of a shifter cable failure. The part had to be overnighted, at my cost. I was to pick up the vehicle four days later. When I opened the door to the vehicle it was filthy dirty with grease and grime from the "professional" who made the repair. It truly was beyond belief that a dealer would have left it in the condition it was left in. It wasn't marginally dirty. It was absolutely filthy. I let my service writer, Corey, know and showed him. He apologized and said they would clean it up and offered a loaner. The loaner was thru Enterprise Rental where I was badgered for 20 minutes to purchase additional insurance... Corey called me on Friday and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked him directly if he had looked at it. He told me he had and it was ready to go. I picked up the Jeep on a Saturday. It was cleaner. The passenger seat is now blotchy and not an even color. There was a soap film throughout, that still lingers after an attempt to wash the door panels myself. This same soap film covered the gauge bezel which became clearly evident the first time I drove it at night. I did not make the service writer who was there aware of my initial dissatisfaction, after all Dealer Professionals (?) had done there work, at least to their satisfaction. My gosh, I just drive this thing back and forth to an office job and depend on it to do that. My apologies. I'm sorry for choosing Klaben. I'm sorry for purchasing an extended warranty. I apologize for using the extended warranty. God only knows what I'd be left to deal with had I complained a second time. Oh, the shifter works well. This Truly was not a pleasant or satisfying experience to any degree. I will be sure to share this experience with others. More
