Best car buying experience ever! My wife and I have bought several new cars over the years and this is the first car from Klaben. From the moment we walked in it was just a great expe My wife and I have bought several new cars over the years and this is the first car from Klaben. From the moment we walked in it was just a great experience. The other dealer we purchased vehicles from when we walked in the door we felt like we had a target on us and the abuse started and didn’t end until we left only then thinking did we just get taken advantage of! When we walked in Klaben several salesmen asked if we had been helped and didn’t act like we were the last person they would ever sale a car to again. My wife and I ended up dealing with a fine Man named John Coco. He answered all our question and took the time to show all the bells and whistles on the car and how they worked. Then he had us try them and walked us through it when we didn’t know. Supper nice because my wife and I are very technically challenged! John gave us his cell and said he is just a call away and if we forgot how anything worked just call or text him. We also had the pleasure of dealing with a great lady in finance named Kim Devlin. She walked us through all the paper work and took time to explain everything. Again some supper great people. More
