My appoint was made, my service advisor greeted me, assured me that my truck was in good hands. He co-ordinated with my insurance and handled everything. I got regular phone calls and messages updating me on the repair progress. I never once felt out of the loop. When we picked my truck up it was PERFECT. It was hard to believe it was the same truck! As a bonus it was cleaned and detailed. Everything operated normally and we felt like we were driving a new vehicle home. They even took care of returning our rental! Stellar performance, excellent customer service. I couldn't ask for more. More
