"Exceeded Expectations - Why I Keep Coming Back"

Had a right rear blinker out and needed a super quick fix, no problem, Clarissa said for safety reasons we need you in now. Got in, got fixed & now can drive my teenage daughters around safely. They went over & above to accommodate me and the charge was way below what I expected. Finally they did the customary full point inspection for additional safety. Wow, that’s all I can say. 🙏

"Recall"

I dropped my truck off at 10:30am for a 2:00pm appointment for a recall service. I was told it should take 1 hour to fix the recall,so that would be 3:00pm, they would call me when done. I didn’t receive a phone call yet by 4:00pm. I was in the area so I stopped in. The service manager was with another customer, he turned to me and said it’s still in the shop getting worked on you can wait in the waiting room. 4:35pm my truck was done. Very Disappointed this was my 1st here, not a good experience at all.

I had no hassles. During my check in they checked my alignment, told me the front was out, asked if I wanted it fixed, and provided me with what it would cost. Very polite and curtious.

Very suspicious of failing PA state inspection for a lower control arm issue at 56,000 miles. Contacted Ford customer relationship center to pursue further. Received case number.
