Phenomenal sales representative and supporting cast! Approximately 40 days ago I came into Koeppel to look at a Ford Expedition Limited Max. I was immediately paired with an awesome salesperson (Tina) w Approximately 40 days ago I came into Koeppel to look at a Ford Expedition Limited Max. I was immediately paired with an awesome salesperson (Tina) who went above and beyond to locate the exact model that I was interested in purchasing for my wife and I to test drive. It took nearly 40 minutes for the test drive to occur, but she was totally knowledgeable of the vehicle and not pushy whatsoever. When we left, my wife and I told Tina we would get back to her as to when we would be ready to make the purchase. In the interim my sister introduced me to a salesman on Long Island that I went to meet with. Although he was able to locate the vehicle and arrange the purchase, i ultimately returned to Tina today and purchased the vehicle because she not only followed up on me, she was genuinely concerned that I get the vehicle at the lowest cost. Once i completed the purchase she took a lot of time to go over the vehicle and its multitude of features. If you are purchasing any vehicle, you have to stop by Koeppel and ask for Tina.
