Within 10 minutes, she gave us her full attention. We ended up deciding on a vehicle, and both she and Jerry (the finance guy) stayed after closing to take care of our deal. At pickup, we got through the paperwork and Michelle again took as much time as we needed to go over the details and options on the car until we ran out of questions. More

However an even better measure of their customer service is when you don't purchase. Isaiah greeted us and took great care in helping to find our perfect vehicle. We test drove 3 different models. Although they were all very nice, we did not find the perfect one there. Many dealerships would try to get you to compromise on what you wanted and use the corny "What would it take to put you in this vehicle today" line. Isaiah did not. He was upfront and honest about the possibility of them getting in what we really wanted. There was no pressure what so ever. We left without purchasing, but left with very high regard for Isaiah and Kolosso Toyota. More
