Marvin Is Magnificent I came in to Kolosso with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Marvin took the time with me to help me understand the real differences in my original I came in to Kolosso with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Marvin took the time with me to help me understand the real differences in my original thoughts and what was available. I was going to go with the 4x4 Sport option initially. Marvin worked out a price that in combination with some financing options got me in the payment I was looking for on the upgraded Off Road package. Marvin did his due diligence trying to get me to buy that day but wasn’t pushy. He followed up a couple times after that initial visit to be sure I didn’t have any questions. Again making sure to not push me. I checked in with 4 other dealers and found that Kolosso was within a few dollars in monthly payment as the next cheapest option. Those other dealerships didn’t follow up with me promptly and weren’t nearly as personable. I came back with my wife a couple weeks later. My wife was initially concerned that we weren’t going with the cheapest place. After meeting Marvin she said she felt working with Marvin was well worth a couple extra dollars a month. I bought the truck that day. More

Then there are the Kolosso extras: friendly, cheerful, knowledgable sales staff, and comparably well staffed and equipped service staff. Did i mention the free pop, popcorn and cookies? Oh, yeah, you'll like this place. More

When I asked him a question, he was thorough with the answer and when I asked him a question that he wasn't certain of the answer, he told me that he wasn't sure and went and found out the answer, rather than handing me a line of bull. I have to admit that my wife and I were a bit of a pest at time but Marvin was alway respectful and curitious. My wife loves her new RAV 4!! After we drove it off the lot, Marvin was and is still there to answer all the questions my wife has as she reads through the owners manual. I would give Marvin 5 stars. More

Though I gave the dealership 5 stars, we did feel like we had a negative experience when we tried to make an offer on the vehicle. When the manager came to talk to us about our offer, he made us feel like we were foolish to ask. Though our new vehicle will be worth what we paid for it to us, we felt like it really shouldn't have been a problem, or that we were made to feel like we were fools to try to ask for a lower price. Better listening and more tactful handling from the manager would have been nice. He could have told us that they were not going to take our offer, in a much more respectful manner. Otherwise, our experience with everyone else that we worked with was good. We are already enjoying our new Toyota Sienna. More
