My Honda Odessy was towed to Koons Collision Repair Center by my Insurer after an accident. My GEICO claims adjuster called me to let me know who would be contacting me regarding the repairs, etc... When I hung up, a Voice Mail message was waiting for me.... from Victoria Arnold! I returned her call and she walked me through the process, the entire time being efficient, empathetic and very up-beat. Throughout the claim, Victoria was very quick to answer any questions I had and she was also very prompt at returning my phone calls when I missed her in her office. I was beyond impressed by the service I received at Koon's this morning. I came in with a taillight issue that another repair shop could not solve and Greg fixed it. Although Mr. Greg Bills is not as friendly as I think he should be, the Estimator explained my damage and the required repairs in detail. Collision work was excellent and speedy. We had used Koons before so were thrilled when we found out it was recommended by Geico (the 'other' ins. co).
