Worst experience of my life! ! I had been working with John Demartino for over a week, we agreed on the financing, he requested my wife be part of the transaction, I had my check ! Poor buying experience, followed by even worse service. The Finance Manager at this location made this the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. Very shady practices and tried to sneak additional charges into the package, which they reluctantly took off after we discovered it. The same can be said for the inflated interest rates he tried to push, roughly 4% higher than any other financial institution was offering. 2nd ever service appointment for a routine oil change ended with the service technician backing our XC90 into another car in the shop, damaging the back hatch and bumper. It was "repaired" and delivered to us, only to find that dents and scratches still existed. Weeks later and we still don't have the issue resolved and hatch/bumper repainted. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
