Salesman Eric Miller took the time to show me several models and cars. He was so great that the person that I took with me decided to buy one too!. We had a great deal of trouble with a pushy, confusi models and cars. He was so great that the person that I took with me decided to buy one too!. We had a great deal of trouble with a pushy, confusing and non-listening finance advisor, Josh, He kept pushing items onto her despite her saying repeatedly she did not want any of them. He told her she needed to get items, she could afford it and he would change the terms to a higher interest. He told her he would go to the lobby and get me to convince her to get it. This upset her so much so that she told him she wasn't buying the car anymore and walked out. Eric managed to intervene, with the help of Jerry Morreale, for her to get ONLY what she wanted in a clear concise manner at the interest rate she should have with a credit rating of over 850. He saved the sale. If not for Eric we would not recommend Koons. He is truly an asset and the reason we will be back. More
