Honestly horrible Never go here, I have had three cars from this dealership over a ten year span and every time they have made me regret it. One example of things they'll do is change the sticker value on a lease and put you in a hole that's impossible to get out of. Trust me this place is a nightmare. They truly only care about their money and it's very easy to see. They don't care if you leave happy and many of them seem to be bitter and look like they hate their job. Outstanding Experience...Start to Finish! I was looking to get out of my lease with only a year into it. I used the TrueCar app and within minutes Gabe responded; beating out all other dealers I was looking to get out of my lease with only a year into it. I used the TrueCar app and within minutes Gabe responded; beating out all other dealership response times! We exchanged emails with me telling him exactly what I wanted to do, how I wanted the deal structured and what it would take to earn my business. Gabe met every single one and when Rick (Gabe's Sales Manager) entered the picture, he too provide excellent customer service! Once I arrived, the deal was already set up. After a few minutes of paperwork, I met with Nate (F&I) and he too made the entire experience such an easy process!! Not pushing, no shoving, no arm twisting...simply a level of business acumen unheard of in the industry. From F&I, Gabe walked me through the Service Department, for me a very important element. I met Nick (Service Manager) and again, very high level of customer service; get the message...a sincere theme throughout the dealership. In the past I had purchased two trucks from a high volume dealer (MOGF) and will not, absolutely will not do business with that dealership ever again! Craig treated me more like a friend than a client and never tried to push me to buy more than I could afford. After the short test drive, we were hammering out the final details for trading in my car and I was the proud owner of my new one! After finalizing the paperwork with the finance manager (who was also super nice to my wife and me). I met back up with Craig to jump in my new car. Craig was the first face I saw when I walked in and the last hand I shook on the way out. Based on this interaction, I look forward to checking out the service department! Beware of tricks in the financing office Purchased a Ford Fusion from this dealership. The salesman himself was nice. However, we never talked about numbers. We were immediately taken to the finance managers office who told us Ford wanted to see us in a payment close to what we had, so we were taken back to the lot and they tried to force the most basic fusion (we wanted am edge) on the lot. We at least got one with more options. Then we get back to financing office again and he sells us this crap about dealer incentives to apply to get a better rate, only if we buy gap (which was fine) but then they wanted us to buy esp and premium service, which was their condition to get the better rate. 6k later in warranties and gap we drove out. Our mistake on that one. 7 months later we start to trade in to get a ford edge at another dealer, I go to cancel these warranties and gap..Nathan Wyman informs me it will take 6-8 weeks to get money back; however, if we come up and purchase the vehicle from him he can refund the premiumsame immediately...he of course called back with numbers that made no sense. I went ahead and traded with the other dealer, then a week later went try and get money back. Nathan was rude, and had an "i can care less," attitude. Someone at the dealer had told the other dealer that the money could be given back within 2 days, but they typically made people wait longer. Nathan told us the longer amount of time, we called him on it and he treated us even worse. Two of these 3 plans were administered by Ford, and we provided necessary documents proving vehicle had been paid off. Word to the wise be careful with this dealer and their 699.00 "customer service fee." More like the lack of service. More
