The less expensive vehicle of the two I was interested in was "not available" despite having been on the website the previous day and a week following. Paid mostly cash but wanted small loan; finance person Greg Day said 5.9% was a good deal, although I had found 2.4% and possibly 0%--my credit rating is excellent. Salesman Aaron Brecht was friendly and did a good job showing me the vehicle. Greg tried to intimidate me into purchasing a long-term service contract. Facility was clean and bright. Two salespeople adjacent to Aaron were very bored; unoccupied salespeople should not remain where customers can see how unengaged they are. Overall, LaFontaine is a typical dealership. Only went there because they had the vehicles I've been seeking for 6 months. More
