Made an 8:00am appointment to have brakes done on my truck and also have suspension inspected while it was in. At 4:45, I called to check on the status and they had just finished looking at it. Said I needed pads and rotors all the way around but the suspension was fine, so my total would be $1,400…. plus they would need it one or possibly two days longer to fix the brakes. Needless to say, I paid their pricey $169 inspection fee and declined further service. I took my truck to a reputable mechanic who said I only need rear pads and rotors (front brake pads were still 50%). Cost a total of $280 there and they had it completed within 2 hours of my appointment time. So no, I would NOT recommend the service department at this dealership for multiple, obvious reasons. More
