Best car buying experience I've had so far! I worked with Leo when purchasing a new Traverse. We were specific in what we wanted and while Braeger did not have the exact model that we were looki I worked with Leo when purchasing a new Traverse. We were specific in what we wanted and while Braeger did not have the exact model that we were looking for, Leo went out and located a few different options. When one of the options didn't work out Leo pursued another option and we were able to get a great deal on the exact model we were looking for. Even though I was traveling for work, Leo kept in touch through text and email and was very responsive during the entire process. We asked to pick up the vehicle on a day that he wasn't available but he still coordinated with another salesman, Doug, who stepped in and took care of the vehicle delivery.
