Several visits same issue. My truck needed the air bag sensor serviced. The vehicle was looked at by another mechanic Several times and the issue was never fixed. Very satisfied.i I drove in from Crivitz for funeral the next day and was way overdue for an oil change. Braeger was able to get me scheduled in right after lunch. Disappointed Took 2 plus hours for an oil change and tire rotation because my paper work was put on another service adviser's desk. Tried to pay and was told if was included with the purchase of my new truck. Two weeks later received a rather snarky voicemail stating they (Lake Chevy) performed service and that I owe them money. Not a hey we screwed up, not a hey sorry it took two hours for a scheduled appointment. Just a message like I purposely didnt pay. I emailed the dealership and received no response. I will not be returning. Ever. More
