He was extremely accommodating and took some time to walk me through the safety features of my RAV4 XLE, provided some explanation on the car operations during test drive and assisted with setting up my phone with the car. Michael delivered the car to my residence in Gainesville without any issues. Bill who supervises Michael was also very helpful and facilitated the whole process to be as "pain-free" as possible.
