I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office. More

Salesman was great, finance was frustrating I spent most of my time with Bill, the salesman who was a pleasure to work with. I was very happy with purchasing a car from him. Everything was great until finance came into play. I then dealt with Socrates, the financial manager. When going through my finances, he told me one APR which I thought was high but I ultimately agreed to. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he snuck in another even higher rate on my paperwork without fully disclosing it to me. He also stated that this was the best rate he could get me even with my father cosigning, who has an excellent credit score. He stated that my credit score (which is average) didn't allow for his to really matter that much. This all took place after being at the dealership for 3 hours so I wasn't as vigilant in my review of finances with him. Overall I am very happy with the car that I got as well as my interaction with the salesman, but feel like I was given the run around when it came down to finances. More

Took my F150 in for service and Ford Fusion they did a great job and gave me a fair price. And informed me if they found anything else that was wrong.
