I have been shopping mostly online for a used car for at least 5 months. Chris Sheets was very professional and sold me a great car at a great price with no pressure. When I left the dealership with the car it was dark, cold, and raining. Visibility was already low and the defroster stopped working within about 30 minutes. I had to pull over and started thinking that I should have purchased the extended warranty. There was no owner's manual in the car, so I called Chris and he quickly sent me a short video showing me how to operate the heater, and called to make sure that I got it working. * I had inadvertently turned on the AC, which I did not know since I was not familiar with the vehicle. He really saved the day for me! In addition, he is sending me a replacement manual. I could not be more pleased with the value of the car and with everyone at Bosak Ford! More

I had my Ford Edge in for service 3 times which still remains not fixed. The last time I had a door hinge recall that remains not repaired. I also had a module that needs replacement and it’s been 2 weeks and still have not been contacted by the dealership to bring it in for repairs. They also stated a ticking noise in my engine is normal but I never had it the 1st 2 years. This service department is terrible and hopefully the General Manager sees this review and actually satisfy a customer or I’ll need to contact the Ford corporate office. More

Everything was great until finance came into play. I then dealt with Socrates, the financial manager. When going through my finances, he told me one APR which I thought was high but I ultimately agreed to. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he snuck in another even higher rate on my paperwork without fully disclosing it to me. He also stated that this was the best rate he could get me even with my father cosigning, who has an excellent credit score. He stated that my credit score (which is average) didn't allow for his to really matter that much. This all took place after being at the dealership for 3 hours so I wasn't as vigilant in my review of finances with him. Overall I am very happy with the car that I got as well as my interaction with the salesman, but feel like I was given the run around when it came down to finances. More
