Made appointment to check on service dept for oil change. Appointment did not matter they could not even fill out paper work. Appoint time does not seem to matter and employes don't care. I was told 2 or 3 h Appointment did not matter they could not even fill out paper work. Appoint time does not seem to matter and employes don't care. I was told 2 or 3 hours for a oil change. With the system so incompetent I thought the service would be just as bad. Going to spend rest of day on looking up corp. Offices. I don't think this dealership can handle a 20 minute oil change yet alone any other service or sales of new cars. More
Unethical and verge of criminal behavior. After calling, negotiating, agreeing on a Price and placing a $1000 payment via credit card for what I was told was a 48 hold, they call me while driving to the de negotiating, agreeing on a Price and placing a $1000 payment via credit card for what I was told was a 48 hold, they call me while driving to the dealership to tell me they sold it to someone else. This after two people take a day off work, pay for insurance, and driving 300 plus miles to pick it up. And this was a cash deal, no question of if I were going to buy it. The only excuse was well someone else signed the paperwork first. More

Called ahead and arrived around 3 PM for a specific car priced right under $10,000 with 27k miles. Asked what total fees would be , was verbally told around $2000 . On the original paperwork , it ended up priced right under $10,000 with 27k miles. Asked what total fees would be , was verbally told around $2000 . On the original paperwork , it ended up actually being $5000 more in fees and 37k miles. by the time the financing part was finished ( 6% interest and a two year warranty for $20 a month ) the total cost of the advertised $10,000 car is $22,000 . Mr Thomas in financing was very friendly, he’s great . We left his office around 6 PM and we were told the car was being cleaned and we would need to wait 30 more minutes. It actually took 1.5 hours to clean the car and it is still dirty inside with loose particles/ dirt and unwiped plastic that could’ve easily been cleaned off so I’m not sure what took 1.5 hours. Long story short it took 4.5 hours with a restless 4 year old to pay over double the listed price for a used car More

Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on the vehicle. My new gmc didnt need pads til 60k. So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More
The most unprofessional dealership my husband and I have ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of this will pick up the phone or return emails nor return phone calls. The GM will not even address the the problem so under no circumstances would I ever buy a car from such a careless and unprofessional business. Not sure the GM realizes this is a direct reflection on him. More
I purchased my ram rebel in December of 2020 I was told by Jason or Josh and Kayla that I will be receiving my floor mats as soon as they come in. I went back in February and I spoke to a manager and he ga by Jason or Josh and Kayla that I will be receiving my floor mats as soon as they come in. I went back in February and I spoke to a manager and he gave me a WE OWE YOU letter and said that I will be receiving them via mail I have not received the mats yet, after numerous calls to the dealership I even spoke with the manager I believe his name is Joel he assured me that we were going to take care of this issue I have not received their follow-up call or feedback call yet I guess after you spend $42,000 of your hard earned money they can't take ownership on floor mats that cost the company less than $200 shame on you Lakeland Dodge! I purchased a Jeep Gladiator this last weekend. I want to spread some differing reviews here. First, the lady at the desk when I arrived was horrid. Zero Stars. I came in off a FB ad and was communicatin spread some differing reviews here. First, the lady at the desk when I arrived was horrid. Zero Stars. I came in off a FB ad and was communicating with someone through messenger, made an appointment for 4pm on the date agreed and I was sent a voucher via text (QR code) and told to show the person at the front desk when I arrive. So I did. Her response, after looking at me in disgust like I bothered her cell phone cruising and said, “yes” with what I consider terrible customer service body language. I shared with her why I was there, showed her the QR code on my phone and she said “What’s that supposed to mean to me”? Really!? Then she looked over at a salesman and said “Logan, can you help this guy”. So off the bat by first impression, I was shocked. Her name I couldn’t tell you. It wasn’t worth my aggravation to ask. She had dark hair, glasses and more attitude than an entire 80s hair band. Second is my salesman. Logan. 5 stars. He did everything from a sakes perspective I would have expected during the sale process. He communicated to his management the best he could between me and them. Third, the sales managers. Zero Stars. I have been buying cars for over 20 years and never keep them longer than 2 sometimes 3 years if I love them. I understand the process and I know it’s a dance. However, make an effort. The first pass we get it, you want full sticker, you don’t want to give me anything for my trade because you are protecting the dealership for your cookies, good job, and for yourself, your commissionable gross if you can hold it. But we all know you’re not getting first pass more than rarely. So as an average consumer with so many options, make the effort to show us something off your price or more for our trade, anything to make me feel like you want to sell me a vehicle and that you don’t want the other dealership, of which there are many, many others to do so. I left that night knowing we were too far apart at second pass and the manager didn’t even want to come see me to try to save the deal so I left and went straight to Jerry Ulm Jeep in Tampa where I landed on another Gladiator. Also, GM, Hercules. 5 stars. Reached out through Logan the next day with a deal I couldn’t refuse after asking why I didn’t have a deal the next morning of Logan. I drove back to Lakeland instead of Tampa to close that deal. Now, they are motivated and I feel like they want my business. Lastly, The Finance Manager, James, zero stars. I received preapproval through my credit union ahead of returning. I had not done this before. I was armed with my preapproval that I emailed to them at noon and settled on a 6:30pm sign and drive so they had time to prepare and have the vehicle ready. I signed all paperwork with 5 star Logan, then was finally ready to sign and leave. James came out and immediately asked for a check. I was confused as my bank said my preapproval was all they needed. James wanted me to let them do my loan and assign it through GTE. Well, I’m schooled more than most and understand my bank would have to then pay the dealer a kickback every month. I LOVE my bank manager and wouldn’t do that to her or me as a member. After a call from banker, it’s now hours after the bank has closed, she spoke with James and he didn’t want to budge. She can’t cut a check without a purchase order and he won’t create a purchase order without a check. We are at impasse at this point. I get on the phone after she spoke with James and just said, it’s ok, I’ll just walk. I can buy a Jeep anywhere. Magically that statement attracted another finance manager who wispeted to James and then now, they will talk to the GM, 5 Star Hercules, to ask for an exception. To which, of course he made an “exception” and we moved forward. Basically, Janes was aggravated once I didn’t want to let them originate the loan and the rest of the process was the worst experience in a dealership I’ve ever had. It was awkward and I couldn’t get out with my new Jeep fast enough. I wasn’t given any of the things you expect with a $60K car purchase. No vehicle care kit, no coupon for service book, no nothing really. Just sign this and get out was how I felt I was being treated at that point. They didn’t appreciate at all that I bought a vehicle from them or that handed over $6K. I’m sure not everyone makes it easy for you (The Dealer). Thanks to unknown finance manager that saved my deal as James would have just watched me walk, he clearly wants some small kickback over the $60K from sale. Thank you to Logan and Hercules for making this on average, a 3 star experience. I love my Gladiator. More
