"Poor Customer Service"

I had a very positive experience the first time around. 90% of of the work was done via email. But this time, Mike was wholly unresponsive to email, seemed completely disinterested.
Also, I would rate my experience with this service department as one star. I was told that I would be provided with a complimentary loaner (Range Rover or Jaguar) for all service appointments. Every time, I had to go through the headache of renting a car through Enterprise through their service department. I made the dealership pay for it, but was always provided with economy cars.

I would like to thank the great Britain's for such a good experience on a preowned Corvette I just picked up drove from Pittsburgh to Philly to get it The sale manager Steve was so helpful and Tom the salesman was so up front it was well worth the drive
