Over the past five years Andrew has always ensured that I received the best possible service at the Princeton Land Rover Dealership and my overall experience has been nothing short of excellent in large part due to Andrew’s efforts. He goes above and beyond what is expected and never ceases to surprise me with his level of effort. For example, one time he ended up bringing my car back from service to my house late at night after the dealership closed because this was the most convenient option for me. This along with other thoughtful deeds did not go unnoticed. It’s because of people like Andrew that I consider coming back to the Princeton Land Rover dealership time and time again.

Carlos was thorough, detailed, polite and accurately took care of the problem. He listened to my concerns, quickly provided me with a loaner car and promptly called me when my car was ready. He even asked me if I wanted a cold drink to take with me and got a bottle of water and a Sprite for me. The service could not have been better!

I am a long time Land Rover owner and I live a distance from Land Rover Princeton but will now ALWAYS go to this dealership for service. I was not thrilled with my local LR dealership service and decided to drive 2 hours to Princeton. I couldn't have been happier. Carlos D'Oleo in service was very accommodating and even tried provide me with an Enterprise loaner from a location closer to my home when he was unable reserve a loaner at the dealership - and pay for the expense. He was very considerate on the phone and explained the repairs needed on my vehicle very clearly - which I appreciate as I am no mechanical expert. Not only will I continue service at this distant location from now on, I will look to purchase my next Rover here when the time comes. This is a top notch dealership. Thank you Carlos!

"Amazing service from Andrew Weir "

I have a 2010 Range Rover Sport which I purchased for my wife with an extended warranty. The car doors were not closing properly and so I fixed a service appointment. When I got to Princeton Land Rover, it was approx 8.50 am and it took less than 6 minutes for Andrew to take my car in, give me a loaner car, verify my warranty details and change the batteries (for free) on the key fobs. I remember this vividly because I had a conference call at 9 am that I was able to comfortably get on to. Thereafter Andrew promptly informed me on the progress of the service and when my car was ready let me know about that also. Returning the loaner and picking up my car was another breeze. This was one of the best experiences I have had with anybody at any car dealer and I have been going to car dealers for almost 30 years. Thank you Andrew for your amazing service. You have won a customer for life.

"Everyone there goes Above and Beyond "

This is my 3rd Landrover Lease. After the 3rd, I loved the car so much, I bought it off the lease. I had an issue with the transmission which was not covered by my extended warranty that I purchased on my own. With the help of Princeton Landrover, Landrover corporate paid for the part for my transmission. Anything can happen to any car at anytime. This and every Landrover prior as always been reliable. When I needed Princeton Landrover help, they were there. Always accommodating and friendly. Drew, Steve, Brian and Paul especially. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of getting a Landrover to visit this dealership, especially if you want a stress-free, positive experience.
