It was an okay experience. I was out of free rotations but the rep included that with my last Jeep Wave covered oil change which I greatly appreciated. It did take longer than estimated and Jeep in Norman could use a better service department but there’s not another option close so this location will be just fine. More

They fixed what another shop told them needed done. I called afterwards and ask for the air conditioner to be checked.
