Unable to complete service Scheduled a 60k mile service on my Tacoma a week in adavance. Arrived at dealership ahead of appointment time and was advised by service rep that the Scheduled a 60k mile service on my Tacoma a week in adavance. Arrived at dealership ahead of appointment time and was advised by service rep that the service requested could not be done with remaining work hours. Service rep blamed call center for taking appointment and that I should reschedule. Instead, I elected to at least have oil changed and tires rotated. Will go to another dealer to perform the $500, 60k service More

Not sure who I talked too. Had my truck serviced Saturday nothing was wrong with it. Service and whoever I talked to that day was fine. They did a service and balance the truck shakes like crazy now and the guy I just got off the phone with told me it’s not there problem and that I would need a balance and rotation. Just don’t sound right to me. Just so you know i nothing against the people that helped me Saturday this is all because of the guy I talked to on the phone. More
