I am so happy with my 2012 Honda Civic EX. My salesperson, Nana Agyeman, was so knowledgeable and professional. Definitely deserving of a 5 star rating. I recently purchased a certified used 2011 Pilot. I previously owned a 2003 Accord, and have come to respect Honda's quality and durability. When I saw the latest body-style of the Pilot, I knew that i previously owned a 2003 Accord, and have come to respect Honda's quality and durability. When I saw the latest body-style of the Pilot, I knew that it was time to start looking at getting one. After doing some research, I found the Pilot at Landmark Honda. Nana was very prompt in responding to my request to see the Pilot. She emailed and called me, to schedule a test drive. I went in the next day (it was a great deal), and test drove the truck. I loved it! It drove like my Accord, and handled well. The acceleration, braking, and suspension were all perfect! There's TONS of space and storage in the Pilot, so traveling, or transporting larger items will not be an issue. Throughout the test drive and application process, Nana was very friendly, honest, and gracious. It was a joy to not be haggled or pressured, which is the normal car-buying experience. Their whole team was very understanding, and they made sure I understood all of the details of the truck, application process, financing, etc. They did all that they could, to ensure that I was comfortable with the monthly rate that I would be responsible for. I am very grateful, and blessed to have worked with Nana. I will gladly recommend her to anyone looking to do business with Landmark Honda. I admit, I came to the dealership, ready to negotiate for hours, before closing a deal. But, Nana's humble demeanor, allowed me to "let my guard down." I walked away, thankful for the new truck, and with a sense of peace...knowing that I had made a great investment. Last week my engine light came on, I dropped it off early in the morning and left a detailed note in my "Early Bird" envelope. Sean called me with additional questions to assist in determining the issue. The service team did a great job running down the problem, Sean called with a status update then once the super team of mechanics/technicians corrected the situation. Sean called and let me know that my truck was good to go and ready for pick up. The atmosphere in the service department is always friendly and helpful as are the payment staff and especially the valets.
