Literally chase down to my car buy 3 sales people. Arrived here after a 1 hour commute. I was looking for the 2017 cars and walked in the wrong direction. My step dad was on the other side already being followed and constantly hassled by a woman in a white shirt. I thought she was not a worker because they were all in blue so we ignored her. A man on the phone asked us how could he help us. And kept getting distracted by his phone. I told him "aren't you busy?" He said yeah and went back to his phone, but told us where the cars were. We walked that way when another man approached us. Immediately telling me my color car was not available. We went to see what offers he had. (We've already been shopping around we wanted to compare offers) he rudely tells us that we've been told lies, etc. and raises his voice. He gets up to see what he can do but we were done with the attitude so we decided to get up and leave when someone else at their desk involved himself telling us we should've never left the other offer etc. and being rude. We walked out .. the person holding the door for us then says " what happened, talk to me talk to me" we said nothing it's okay. We get in our car... the first woman from the beginning puts her head in the passenger side window as we are trying to leave. The man who involved himself was shouting at me to GO GO JUST GO. I was absolutely shocked by this behavior. I mean we were literally followed into our car. It was ridiculous. More

Elite service! I have lived all over the United States and this is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. Despite having a high volume of custome I have lived all over the United States and this is by far the best service department I have ever dealt with. Despite having a high volume of customers(probably a result of the great quality of service) I was quickly and efficiently processed for dropping my car off. Unlike other service shops, my service rep, Jay Wasserman, kept me informed as to my car's status. Awesome communication and customer service skills. I never had to call to find out the status of my car. Without getting into the details, it appeared there also was great communication and teamwork between the service reps and mechanics. The whole service staff was professional and friendly. Thanks Jay. P.S. the change in my cup holder when I dropped off the vehicle, was the same amount when I picked it up. More
