Hello coffee shop girl, I looked in to the information you provided in your recent post. I spoke with the sales manager and the salesman several times with questions. Keep in mind I am not directly connected to the sales department but I do offer assistance on behalf of customers. I do understand that time was an important factor for you. Having small children and balancing schedules can be difficult at times. The trade of your vehicle: Landmark Honda strives to provide the highest quality pre-owned cars available. We put many steps in-place to ensure this. The Car Fax was a problem. The report is not favorable at all. Potentially another Landmark Honda owner will be driving this car. When this information is found, an inspection on lift inside is required. This is a process that has been put in place by the management team. It’s in place to gain a higher quality product for our customers. The visits you had to Landmark Honda, the negotiations with the departments, the picking up and delivering of your trade by the sales associate to meet your with your children go above and beyond. mtrv4424 Providing clear answers to questions are important. The reason we’ve tried to contact you was to have the manager assist with accuracy to your questions. Reviewing your statement below we can see assistance is needed. In your reference to the certification fees and warranties, this is provided for transparency. Your statements indicated more information needs to be explained. Your references to slow and exhausting and reaching a good final deal seem to indicate fast and final information was the priority. Most steps in sales we encouraged to be slower. We strive to avoid the stigma of rushing. Competitively priced cars, associates that are friendly are reasons to purchase from Landmark Honda. Clarity, moving at the customers pace, direct responses, all these areas we are responsible to provide. We apologize. Not meeting your expectations concerns us.
