I’m writing to you about my experience at LANDMARK HONDA in Alexandria, VA. We’ve all had our share of bad experiences at a dealerships but I was Pleasantly Surprised with my experience at Landmark Honda. in Alexandria, VA. I was looking for a car for my son, so I first called around to get some kind of price and availability because this dealership was not very close to where I live. I first talked to STEPHAN GEORGE who was Very Professional and Very Knowledgeable. Stephan was the very person who assured me that he had the best price therefor I was willing to drive out to Landmark Honda in Alexandria, Virginia. When I arrived at the dealership, it was very busy but a salesperson immediately approached us and asked how he can help. Everyone was very pleasant. Stephan George was even nicer in person. Stephan was extremely organized and made my transaction very smooth. I also want to thank “VIN” (Bhupinder Vinayak) who actually did all the paper work with us and showed us all the features of the car. He was Extremely Pleasant and Detailed. Vin made sure we went home feeling comfortable with our new car. Next day, “VIN” also called both my son and I to see if we had any questions or concerns about the car. “Vin” was so nice that I feel like he is like a friend. Final note is that I wished Landmark Honda sold all types of car so we would only need to go to that dealership. As for Honda cars, I will always purchase my car from Landmark Honda. And I will Definitely Recommend ALL my Friends and Family to Landmark Honda in Alexandria, VA. More

I received mail from Honda in regards to re-finanacing my Chevrolet Malibu or perhaps purchasing a vehicle from Landmark Honda. While I was in the mode to reduce my monthly expenses, I considered it and ende Chevrolet Malibu or perhaps purchasing a vehicle from Landmark Honda. While I was in the mode to reduce my monthly expenses, I considered it and ended up going to the dealership to see what I could do. Upon entering the door, Maxwell Ogbe greeted me and asked if there was anything he could assist me with and I told him my situation. We ended up looking at a few cars and one of the cars I drove was it! Ogbe was pleasant and patient especially because I showed up in the evening a couple of hours before closing and kept him there well after the place was to close. After getting some education about re-financing and car trade-ins by Kennedy Ampong, the on-duty manager, I knew I wasn't going to re-finance, but really wanted one of the cars I drove. To make a long story short, Ogbe and Kennedy went above and beyond to make things happen so I could get a vehicle that i thought I would never have...at least not for quite some time. I don't believe I have ever had such a wonderful experience when getting a newer car. I definitely recommend Landmark Honda and Maxwell Ogbe! More
