My family has purchased new cars for forty plus years and typically finds the experience challenging to say the least. This purchase of our fourth new Honda Accord (along with several other Honda/Acura produ typically finds the experience challenging to say the least. This purchase of our fourth new Honda Accord (along with several other Honda/Acura products) has been the least contentious and most pleasurable sales experience we have had. Our sales person, Prisque Domitille, is simply the most conscientious individual we have ever dealt with. She shepherded us through all phases of the pre and post purchase experience, introducing us to each person in the organization who, in turn, were most thoughtful, patient and honest in their responses to our questions. We drove 50+ miles to Alexandria from Annapolis to make this purchase and, in the end, was well worth the time and effort. From the service department technicians, to the sales manager, and everyone in-between, it was simply terrific. I wholeheartedly suggest anyone considering a Honda purchase working with Prisque and this organization. Did I mention the coffee was fresh brewed :-) More

I came to Landmark Honda looking for a used car. I didn't have a specific choice, but knew I wanted to leave the dealership a happy customer. Doris Jenkins was the employee that took the time to find the right car at the right price. She spent hours with my mother and I and didn't lose her patience with finding the car for me. I was sold on a newer Honda Civic, that became out of our price range. And the manager here worked with what we could afford, and found an older model Honda Accord. I'm so glad I went with this car, it drives great, in good condition, and fits what I had in mind for myself. The car did have a tint on the back windshield that looked like it had been done poorly, since it was hard to see out of. The Honda dealership sent me to their automotive service repair shop a few miles away, told me they would take care of the costs, and they removed the tint for me on the spot!
