I had heard bad things about Laredo Dodge dealership as a whole but never actually believed it. Bought a Dodge vehicle out of town with a very good 7 yr warranty that can be use anywhere in the U.S. The is whole but never actually believed it. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my vehicle but I was told by an inside person (they forget everyone knows someone in laredo) that this dealerships as well as others push your vehicles back if you don't buy with them. So finally got my vehicle after 2 1/2 weeks and 4 days later check engine light came back on. Service manager just sits back on his rear office behind the glass pretending to be on the phone busy for whem you ask form him. The inside service people never know exactly what's going on and like to pass the ball to the mechanics who of course can't defend them selves nor speak to you. More

Very bad experience with this dealer. Do not ever trust this dealer. I have bought a used car online. They showed the full picture of the car. After buying we found the car had many expensive fix (Car radio broken, ABS broken, Tail lamp broken, Multiple dents, Seat broken. Almost $8000 worth issues. They are nice (Lorense- Manager, Daniela- Sales) until you buy the car, after that all true color will come. SO BE ACREFUL when you buy the car from this dealer. I have also heard the similar story about new car sales people from this dealership. More
