I explained what was going on with my Jeep, told him I had the extended warranty. He asked if I had a ride home because they couldn't get to my vehicle till way later that afternoon. When I asked if a rental was covered he got very short with me. Could have been that I was a female or he just had a bad attitude. Turned out I needed a new battery. When I asked if my warranty covers that and the diagnostic, he chuckled a bit and said they never do. He didn't even offer to check with the warranty company, just took my money. This dealership was recommended by the dealership I purchased my Jeep from, and it was very close by.
