He saw that I was in desperate need of another vehicle because the one I had at the time had no AC and my daughter was suffering. Shant even went out of his way and went in on his day off to help us!- he really cares about his customers! He did everything to make sure we got the car! I feel really blessed that he helped us get into the perfect vehicle that my daughter will grow up in her first few years. He really is amazing and treated us like family! Larry H. Initial " Good " Continual Terrible Initial contact at dealer was warm and friendly, but the continual visits to complete the" DEAL" was very unpleasant to say the least. Unprofessional Initial contact at dealer was warm and friendly, but the continual visits to complete the" DEAL" was very unpleasant to say the least. Unprofessional conduct of multiple employees. I saw two sales men close to the front door B/S'ing and one punched the other in the shoulder, The lady at the front desk seemed clueless to the whole uncomfortable situation and had no sense of urgency to any of my requests, I felt the bait and switch game was going on between the Two Finance Mangers trying to get my deal done from the week prior Wednesday. This is now Tuesday following week. Second Manager not on survey list was Michael Radig who was very unprofessional. Max the salesmen seemed annoyed about my multiple questions and more annoyed as I visited and asked more and more questions. Thanks, but No Thanks never again. More
