A piece that was replaced on the vehicle fell off on the way home. Was told it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay to have it replaced, again. The battery cable was left sitting on top of the battery terminal, only touching, not connected, causing the vehicle to short out. The alignment wasn't done initially as was outlined in the work order, so I had to take more time out of my schedule to return and have it done. Was told that the alignment was fine, with no explanation as to why there was a shudder in the car at speed, or offer to explore the problem and fix it. Was told there was additional damage to the vehicle that was missed during the initial insurance claim assessment, but that I would have to pay for that as well. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive with a smile. If you need service work done on your vehicle, find someplace else.
