"Standard Service Appointment"

When I arrived at the service entrance, there was no one around to check in with. After finding one of the service employees I was finally checked in. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle, again no one was in the service area for me to meet with. After finding a sales rep, and then finding a service rep my vehicle was returned. The service agent did not go over the service report, or discuss the service which was done. My vehicle was spotless inside and out when I dropped it off, but when I picked it up it had dirt and debris on the floor and seats, and the outside looked like it had been through a rain storm. TAKE YOUR VEHICLES ELSEWHERE!!! If you enjoy leaving your vehicle with persons of questionable skills, and no professionalism then this is the place for you.

"Service Department lacks common courtesy and professionalism"

While the service advisers and the service manager are polite and generally easy to talk to, they lack the ability to service customer needs. I have had my 2016 Dodge Durango RT in the shop 5 times for the same issue, a slipping transmission. This was done at each oil change interval, and they re-flashed the computer each time. The service technicians failed to document this issue at each visit. We trusted that they were looking after our best interest, and filed the paper work without ever really reading it. Come to find out that their is no repair that can fix this known issue with Durango's and the 8 speed transmission, we sought to start the Lemon Law process...to find out that the dealer never documented the issues. When confronted, they took the vehicle in for proper documentation on a specific service call just for this issue. They had the vehicle for 4 days and never even touched it, and when I called and went down to pick the vehicle up, they hurried and put it into diagnostics so when I called to complain to Dodge, they told me that the car was on diagnostics 30 min prior to the call...my call to tell them I was coming to pick it up was 1 hour and 45 min prior to me calling Dodge. They were doing this to counter my complaint to Dodge, very dishonest. Due to their lack of documentation, when the Dodge representative called me they said "Just because you don't like the way it shifts..." "When it downshifts hard the seat belts lock, and my spouses foot slipped off the brake", is what my complaint was. So Dodge is trying to cover up a serious issue they have with the 8 speed transmission. The dealership told me they get 5 service complaints a week on it, so not only do we have a dishonest dealership, Dodge is trying to cover up a safety issue. If you have a Dodge Durango that is downshifting hard, you need to call Dodge and complain so we can get this issue re-called.

"Routine checkup "

I made an appointment for noon. When arrived was discouraged to stay saying it was busy. I reminded him of my appointment. Waited 2 HOURS. Love my Jeep but dislike the service offered every time I go. I was hoping an appointment would help the situation. Didn’t!

The gentlemen who assisted me was professional and seemed to genuinely seemed interested in providing good service. Authentic. I was a bit taken aback that while sitting in the waiting area no one approached me to see if i needed anything. That would have been a really nice touch. They could have at the very least mentioned where the coffee was. Otherwise was really good service.

"Horrible "

The 2nd time my truck has been in for the exact same thing and now they want to charge me $1500.00 to fix what they didn’t fix in the first place because I’m out of warranty. I have bought a 2007,2011 and 2016 from the same dealer. Needless to say my next truck will not be a dodge.

"Roger was great"

Rapidly arranged the service I desired for my truck, then Roger reviewed other necessary parts and service that could further make my truck safer. As I hesitated due to my financial situation he made me aware of an interest free loan. We then went on the computer and within 5 min the financing was available. I now have a truck that is running smoother and drives much easier. Thanks Roger.

"Terrible customer service."

I scheduled a follow-up appointment for my Dakota. It was scheduled for Tuesday morning, I left my vehicle at Larry H. Miller service department at 7:00 a.m. Cameron was supposed to call to update me on their progress. I had not heard from him so at 2:50 p.m. I called, I was told Cameron was busy, so I left a message for him to call and give me an update. Cameron did not have the common courtesy to return my call. I called Wednesday morning about 7:30 a.m. as I was asking questions, Cameron kept talking over my questions. At one point I had to shout, “Cameron! Cameron!” multiple times so that he would stop talking over me and listen to my questions. During this conversation I learned that Larry H. Miller service department had not done anything on my vehicle Tuesday and that I could have had the use of my truck for the day. If I would have known this Tuesday morning I would have asked if I could just bring it back Wednesday morning, but I was not told on Tuesday, that they were busy and my vehicle would just sit on their lot the entire day. During this visit they did call some “experts” in order to find a potential but not guaranteed solution to the problem with my vehicle. They didn’t charge a diagnostic fee for calling the "experts". which was nice of them. So it wasn’t all bad.

"Service Dept is average, customer service is terrible!"

Even if they can’t figure out what is wrong with my Dakota, the service department is always very friendly. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for my Dakota. "oil change"

Both times I have been here to get an oil change the wait has been ridiculously long. This time I tried to make an appointment in advance to avoid this long wait. I was told that they don't make appointments, that it is first come first serve. I was told that they had 5 technicians on site and the wait would not be long. So I headed over there immediately. I arrived within 15 minutes of my phone conversation. The associate checking people in was Roger, he did not acknowledge any of the people that were waiting....not a word. I didn't even know if he was the person I should be checking in with. I went over to the booth next to his and spoke with Tina and she was polite and assured me that Roger would check me in. He just went about printing up all the papers and clicking away on his computer without so much as an "I'll be with you in a minute" . Even after the other 2 people in line ahead of me had been helped he still did not ask me if he could help me or talk to me at all without me initiating the conversation about what I was there for.. Very odd experience for sure! Then when I got checked in I ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change. Lots of sales people around, no customers to actually sell anything to but apparently not enough service technicians to take care of the customers that were there to have their vehicles serviced. I will most likely not be back to this location.
